Risk Management: How do your plan and report connect?

Video transcript

How do your risk plan and risk report connect? The plan sets out responsibilities, methods, and criteria for the work. Your analysis then connects hazards and hazardous situations to risk controls. Keep evidence showing that those controls were implemented and that their effectiveness was checked. The report brings the results together and records the conclusions about remaining risk. When new information or a product change affects those conclusions, revisit the relevant analysis. Read AP Lyon’s Risk Management Guide for selected planning and reporting examples.
